Living Area: The living area is a spacious room with a large flat screen TV and distinctive high ceiling with gorgeous wooden beams. Here you have a comfy L shapped leather sofa as well as a reclining chair. This room also looks out to the garden area through the large wooden framed patio doors.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a contemporary design room with high end appliances. Within this room you also have small table and chair along with a side bar with chairs.
Bedrooms: Left Wing Ground Floor: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is accessible from the living room and pool terrace through large doors so perfect for a wheelchair user. Right Wing Ground Floor: This wing has bedroom 2-5, including the Master bedroom. Bedrooms 2-4 all have double beds with walk in wardrobes. The Master bedroom (5) has a king bed, walk in wardrobes, and over looks the side garden.
Left Wing Basement Floor: Here you have 3 more bedrooms. Bedrooms 6 and 7 are both double bedrooms with wardrobes and bedroom 8 is a twin room. (These three bedrooms share one large bathroom).
The air conditioning for cooling and heating has individual remotes for each room.
Right Wing Basement Floor: Bedroom 9 is another twin room.
Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 has en-suite with shower. Bedroom 2-4 have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 5 (Master) has en-suite with separate shower and WC. Bedrooms 6,7 and 8 all share a large bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in twin shower. Bedroom 9 has a full bathroom. There is also a shower room on the basement level.

Maid Service: The rental price includes cleaning service 5 days a week, during week days and excluding bank holidays. Linen is changed every 7 days and towels are changed twice a week.
