Villa Paz is a spacious 4-bedroom villa located on a large beautifully landscaped plot, located near the 6th roundabout of the resort of Quinta do Lago and walking distance to the lake and to the beach.

As you drive up to Villa Paz, you enter into a large and rustic courtyard. Enter into the front door and you find yourself in the heart of the villa. The spacious entrance hall gives access to the living room.

Living areas: The living room is a large and bright room that opens up to the pool area through large patio doors. You have two 2-seater sofas, two pouffes and free-standing chairs. The living area has a flat screen TV with Lazer TV and DVD player. In the living room you have a door that takes you to the shared dining and kitchen.

There is also a small TV sitting area on the first floor.

Kitchen: The kitchen is accessible from the living room and/or the entrance hall. It is very well equipped including a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler dryer, as well as iron and iron board. In the same area of the kitchen there is a dining area with table for 6, opening as well to the covered terrace.

Bedrooms: The villa has 4 bedrooms in total. Two of which are on the ground floor and the remaining two are on the first floor. One bedroom is accessible down 2 steps. This room is a double bedroom with a lovely dressing area and doors which open up to the garden. The second bedroom is another double room. Up on the first floor you have the third double bedroom, and the master bedroom, with a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a table and 4 chairs.

Bathrooms: Three of the bedrooms have en-suites and the final has a bathroom next door to it. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite with a bath tub. At the entrance of the property, there is an electric gate that opens to the driveway with plenty of parking. The rear of this villa is parrallel with the main road through Quinta do Lago.

Maid Service: Maid service is also included 2 days per week, on a weekday, except bank holidays. Bed linen is changed every 7 days towels changed one time per week. From 2024, there will only be 1 maid service per week inc a change of towels. Linen every 7 days.

Villa Atlantico is a beautiful 4+1 bedroom villa located in a quiet area of Parque Atlantico, Quinta do Lago.

On entering the villa, you are in a spacious entrance hall. This hall takes you too bedrooms, w/c, and office space. 

Ground Floor: The living area of Villa Atlantico is open plan, with a spacious lounge and adjacent dining area with a pool table to enjoy a few games after a leisurely meal with the family. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with several sofas, a great view and direct access to the pool off the terrace. There is Lazer TV with a range of international and UK channels. Bedrooms: On the ground floor you have 2 twin bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find the Master bedroom and another twin bedrooms. Both these rooms have access to provate terrace with views of the large swimming pool and nearby golf. In the basement level, you have a 5th bedroom, with plenty of day light shinning through from the windows. 

Bathrooms: All bedrooms have their own en-suite aswell as a seperate w/c off the entrance hall. 

Basement Level: This level is also home to the games room with a Ping-Pong table in the garage and a gymnasium where you will also find a Turkish bath to steam away the aches and strains of a hard day's relaxation by the pool.

Outside: Villa Atlantico has excellent outdoor facilities. The a large pool (18 x 8m, depth from 1m to 2m50) bathes in the lovely sunshine and there is ample room on the surrounding wooden deck for sun loungers. There is a spacious outside dining area with gas BBQ area, as well as a lawned area.

Located in Quinta Verde, a new resort on the road to Quinta do Lago, this lovely and truly spectacular villa incorporates virtually every luxury.

As you enter into Casa das Colunas, you will find yourself in a very bright and crisp majestic, full-height entrance hall. Within this floor of the villa, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and access to the pool area.

Living Area: Infront of the entrance hall, down some steps you enter into the gorgeous living area. The living room has two sofas to seat all the family, Flat screen TV equipped with Sky TV, DVD, CD Player and sound bar. This room really is tech savvy and has something for all members of the family. At the end of this room, up a couple of steps you have the dining area. The dining table is a grand glass table with 8 dining chairs. This shared room has 4 double patio doors so lets in plenty of natural light giving the room a fresh feeling, and also giving you direct access to the pool and garden area.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a beautifully finished in Alderwood and chrome. This kitchen is well equipped to the highest standard with AEG appliances including gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen top is also used as a dining bar with stools. There is also a TV unit placed on the wall by the dining bar. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher.

Bedrooms: On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has zip-and-link twin beds with a patio door and the second has a full size double bed with TV. Both bedrooms have en-suites with bath, step in shower and toilet. Moving down to the lower floor level, here you will find a small bedroom with double bed and access to a bathroom with toilet and high step in shower. Please note, as this room is on the lower floor, it doesn’t have a window. 

If you go up the stair case from the entrance hall, you come to the tastefully decorated Master bedroom. This room has a king bed, fitted curtains, TV, CD and DVD system and large and sun terrace with peaceful views over-looking the back of the villa and views. This master bedroom has an en-suite with whirlpool bath, separate shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet.

Bathrooms: Cloackroom next to the entrance hall aswell as all bedrooms having their own bathrooms

Outside: If you step outside to the pool and garden area, you will be greeted by a 10x4m salt watered pool (heating available at a charge) with lighting available in the evening…perfect for a night time meal alfresco! Poolside furniture comprises of loungers, chairs, parasol. At the side of the villa, you also find a separate outdoor wooden dining area with seating for 12 and gas BBQ. 

At the back of the villa, you have lovely long views of the rear green mature shrubs and trees which can be seen from the master bedroom terrace.

At the front, as you walk through the pedestrian gate, you will find fabulous Italianate pools with fountains and planting. All spectacularly lit.

This lovely, recently built 6 bedroom villa (completed in the end of 2012), is located in Quinta do Lago, and is decorated to a very high standard.

The entrance of this villa is grand…just like the entire property. As you enter you, you are in the heart of the villa with vaulted high ceilings and a feature light.

Living room: On the ground floor, you have the lovely sitting area, with 2 comfortable big sofas and Moroccan puff chairs overlooking the pool/garden and lounge terrace area. The living room comes equipped with flat screen TV, English channels, DVD player and Music System. This room has 3 large patio doors which take you directly to the outside area. Direct access to the Dining area which has a gorgeous chunky dining table which seats 14 people. This room also has a patio door so direct access to outside BBQ area and decorated with charming Moroccan mirror and lit cabinet.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with separate big freezer and big fridge; dishwasher; juicer; coffee machine; microwave; kettle; oven; electric stove (4 rings). The kitchen also has an American breakfast table with 2 high seats. Direct access to the laundry, which is complete with a washing machine and dryer. Access to the BBQ area through a corridor.

Bedrooms: This villa consists of 5 full bedrooms and one multi-use bedroom. Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 are all on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a twin sofa pull-out bed (acsessed through the kitchen). Bedroom 2 (grey room) can be prepared as either a twin or double with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the pool/garden area. Bedroom 3 (brown room) can also be prepared as either a twin or double with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the pool/garden area. Bedroom 4 and 5 are located on the first floor. Bedroom 4 (beige) has two twin beds. With a private dressing area, TV and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath overlooking a fantastic country view. This big bedroom is ideal for people who want to have some relaxed and quiet time reading, sunbathing or simply drinking a fresh orange juice on the private outside wrap around terrace. Bedroom 5 (light blue) is a Master double bedded suite with white linen curtains features a TV and a private dressing area. Both Master suites come with extensive circular outside terrace areas with private areas each. The 6th bedroom (available for an additional cost for larger groups of more than 10 people), or also known as the multi-use bedroom is a big bedroom, ideal for teenagers who want to be next to the games room area and away from the main house area, enjoying their music and playing with everything around! Here you will find 2 twin sofa pull-out beds with total capacity for 4 people, 4 puffs, a private music system and a table football. This bedroom is charged as an extra for larger groups of more than 10 people.

Bathrooms: Bedroom 1,2 and 3 have an en-suite with step in shower. Bedroom 4 has an en-suite with jaccuzi bath and Bedroom 5 has en-suite with corner jaccuzi bath and a separate shower. Bedroom 6, if being used, has a large bathroom with shower available on the basement level. This bathroom is available to be used without the bedroom being in use. There is also a W/C in the entrance hall. 

Games: If you are looking for fun, this is the ideal space for you! In this big games-room with windows you will find: a snooker table, table tennis, big flat screen TV with internet connection; Playstation 3, baby area (complete with a carpet with a small table and chairs, and with some baby/little child games), surround sound music system and DVD player.

Outside: The outside certainly has to be the gold star in Villa Gondra. The outside has lots of privacy so great for families. Here you have a large pool and a child’s paddling pool with a cascade water fall. There is a music system with 2 speakers outside in the lounge covered terrace next to the pool and garden area. There are 2 outdoor sofas in this lounge area surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere with nice transparent curtains, lots of candle lanterns and sun beds placed on the wood decking terrace around the pool or on the lawn grass area, where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the water cascade, the ambient music sound, or simply the birds that live around! Under the pergola area of the garden you will find a charcoal BBQ and large dining table, perfect for serving up the delights from the BBQ while shaded.
