Villa Jasmin - 4 bedroom holiday villa to rent in Estoi - Algarve

Villa Jasmin is a 4-bedroom villa located on a vast plot of land in the Algarve barrocal, with approximately 10,000 m2, in a protected area of ​​the Ria Formosa, surrounded by its native species: carob trees, almond trees, olive trees and with a fabulous view over the sea.

It is located 2 km from a charming and well-preserved Algarve village, Estoi.
It is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters, permanent water heating system using photovoltaic panels, alarm, exterior surveillance cameras, video intercom, internet/wi-fi network, home automation control console that accesses, among others, the following functions: interior and exterior lighting, opening the gate, operation of the waterfall and pool filtration pump, opening and closing of the blinds.

With a heated infinity pool, shaded rest areas and a garden designed and created to fit into the landscape.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal Algarve, but with several options for access to beaches, bicycle rental, country walks and visit monuments.

Living areas
The main area of ​​the house brings together, in an open space concept:
a modern kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, toaster, citrus juicer, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator with fresh water dispenser, cubed ice and crushed ice and a Nespresso coffee machine. The center of the kitchen is occupied by an island with an 80 cm induction hob, an extractor fan, a food preparation area and a counter where you can dine. In one of the kitchen areas there is a washing machine and a dining room, with an extensible table with 8-10 seats. A spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and doors with direct access to the outdoor patio/pool area. It also has a wood-burning fireplace with stove.

Games room
Located in the lower level, with access to the outdoor patio, with an industrial design, equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and stove. It features a bar area with a built-in refrigerator, a games table, a large sofa, a 75-inch Smart-TV, a ping-pong table, and a football table. Next to this area is a service bathroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The house has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are located on the ground floor and bedroom 4 is located on the lower level.
Bedroom 1 have double bed and 160x200 m and an ensuite walk-in shower room.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and 160x200 m and an ensuite walk-in shower room. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed 180x200 m bed that can be converted into a twin beds 90x200m. it has an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, walk-in shower, bidet and a toilet in a sheltered area. It has direct access to the outdoor patio/pool area.
Bedroom 4 is located on the lower level; it has a double bed 1600x200 and walk-in shower and bidet. It has direct access to the outdoor patio.
There is also a service bathroom on the ground floor.

Outside area
The house has several distinct outdoor areas.
North area with patios paved in Portuguese stone that give access to the garden. The garden consists of a lawn area and small flowerbeds with plants adapted to the region. The main element is a lake built on 2 levels connected by a waterfall made of local stone, with aquatic plants and fish inside.
South area consists of a large patio with shade areas provided by a set of awnings and a wooden pergola and reeds.
It has garden furniture: armchairs, sofa, side table, dining table with 8 chairs and 8 sun loungers. The infinity pool is located in this area, measuring 7 x 4 m, surrounded by a wooden deck and a sunbathing area. Using solar energy and the support of a heat pump, water heating is possible (supplement of 300€ per week).
Water treatment is done through salt ionization, a modern, automated system that maintains appropriate chlorine levels and guarantees effective microbiological control. It also has an automatic pH meter/regulator that guarantees ideal technical conditions for this parameter.
The pool shower has a capacity of 20 l of adjustable hot water and runs on solar energy.

There is an outdoor that allows meals to be cooked next to the pool area. It is equipped with a dishwasher, mini-oven, gas hob, extractor fan and refrigerator. It has a counter for an aperitif or a meal. A bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this area.
The barbecue area is located next to the outside kitchen. It can be covered on uncovered. It also has its own lighting. It is equipped with a charcoal BBQ and a gas BBQ.
The parking area has a cover to protect from the sun and allows the parking of 3 cars.

Villa Jasmin is located in an elevated area with a privileged view over the sea and the group of islands and channels that make up the Ria Formosa Natural Park.
Due to its proximity to the village of Estoi, it is worth highlighting some places to visit:

the Estoi Mother Church and its picturesque square
the Estoi Palace Gardens
the Roman Ruins of Milreu

With regard to beaches, the suggestions go first to the beaches located on the islands that are part of the Ria Formosa National Park:
Armona Island; Culatra Island; Lighthouse Island; Barreta Island (Deserted), Praia da Fuzeta. All involve crossing by boat (normal route or taxi-boat).
The beach on Faro Island is also a good option and is accessible by foot or car.

There are numerous other beaches with good access located west of Faro (Quinta do Lago, Praia do Ancão, Praia do Garrão, Praia de Vale do Lobo).
