 Vila Palm is a stunning contemporary villa located in a quite location, overlooking the 6th fairway of the Quinta do Lago golf course and set on manicured lush gardens. The villa has a state-of-the-art cinema room, a sauna and a steam bath. The villa is located at walking distance to The Campus – the new state of the art multi-sports complex.

The accommodation comprises:

On the ground floor:

The large front door opens to a hallway with a cloakroom, leading to a large open space with a dining area in front and the living room slightly to the right. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV with Lazer TV services and a music system.

 The kitchen, located on the left is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge, a freezer with ice maker, induction plate with ceiling smoke extractor, wine cooler, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, 2 electric ovens, toaster, dishwasher, blender and juicer. The door from the kitchen and living room open to an outside living area overlooking the golf course.

 On the right-hand side of the living room there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and a terrace. Next to it there is a TV room with access to the swimming pool.

On the right of the hallway there are 2 bedrooms: one double with en-suite walk-in shower and terrace and a twin bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower and a bathtub. View and access to the swimming pool.

 On the first floor:

 The stairs lead to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms. A double bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower and bathtub and a further double bedroom with walk-in shower and a terrace overlooking the pool and garden.  On this level there is an additional double bedroom that is closed and not in use as this is the owners private space.

 Lower level:

The lower level with natural light has a sauna, a steam bath and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a wine cellar and an open plan area with a fitness corner. There is also a laundry room with washing machine dryer, cloths hanger, sink, iron and iron board, etc.

 There is a further self-contained apartment with one double bedroom that can be accessed thought the lower level or through an independent entrance. It has an equipped kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom and an en-suite walk-in shower.

 There is also a state-of-the-art cinema room, perfect for lazy nights in and swatch your favourite movie.

 Outside:

The entrance gates open to a large driveway area on the left and a large garden on the right. There is a large kidney-shaped swimming pool with approximately 10x6 metres. The shallowest area has 0,8m and the deepest end is 1,80m. The pool can be heated with the payment of a supplement.

There is a spacious terrace with a lounge area, outside dining table for 10, gas BBQ, and sun loungers. The outside is multi-level with the pool on the level with the villa and the garden is accessible down a staircase.

Other Information:

The property is fully air-conditioned.

The price includes free usage of the Wi Fi, the Air Conditioning and pool towels.

Maid service is also included 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays and weekends. Bed linen is changed once after 7 nights and towels are changed once per week.

Villa Palm is on the market for sale so there may be a risk of the villa being sold before your stay. If this happens we will use our best efforts to find suitable alternative accommodation, however, if this is not possible we will provide a full refund. For any bookings for this villa guests will have to agree with a potential viewing during their stay.

This 6 bedroom stunning villa is within a few minutes’ walk is the very highly regarded and state of the art sports centre ‘The Campus’ which is enjoyed by athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Sports include tennis, gym, Padel, swimming, cycling, exercise classes, and personal training. Please ask the team for more information.

You are also just a 20-minute walk to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. All in all a great location.
